Refunds

Tai Swim does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes price adjustments, retailer pricing differences, promotional events, incorrect purchases, final sale items, and delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

Eligible U.S. returns may be accepted for store credit only if unworn and requested within 14 days of the order date. International orders are final sale.

Reserved Rights

Tai Swim reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Excessive or irregular return behavior (“wardrobing”)

• Items returned worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or incomplete

• Suspected fraud or criminal activity

• Threatening language, harassment, or cyberbullying
