What shipping options are available?
We offer complimentary USA shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts, insurance, or taxes). International shipping is also available worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times shown at checkout or by Shop are estimates only. If you need your order quickly, Express Shipping is required.

• Hawaiʻi: 2-10 days

• U.S. mainland: 4-14 days

• International: up to 41 days
  

Shop Promise Guarantee shows an earlier delivery, will it arrive then?
No. All delivery dates shown by Shop are estimates, not guarantees. Without Express Shipping, U.S. orders may take 4-14 days and international orders up to 41 days. For Shop guarantees, contact Shop by Shopify directly.

When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours, often same or next business day.

Where do orders ship from?
Kailua, Hawaiʻi.

How do I track my order?
Tracking is sent by email or text once fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Local pickup (Oʻahu)?
We do not offer local pickup. Please shop with one of our authorized local retailers.

Why was my package returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, store credit will be issued once received and inspected, minus a 30% processing & restocking fee.

International orders
We ship to most countries. International orders are final sale (no returns or exchanges).

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Tai Swim is not responsible once a package shows carrier tracking. If an issue occurs, contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
